Who we are

What we collect and why
- Enquiry and quotation forms: name, organisation, email, phone and the details of your requirement — used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and fulfil orders.
- Partnership and distribution forms: the professional details you submit — used to evaluate and respond to your proposal.
- Newsletter and marketing consent: your email address, only where you have expressly ticked the consent box — used to send technical content and product updates.
- WhatsApp, email and telephone contact: the information you choose to share in those conversations, used to assist you.
We collect personal data with your consent, for the specified purposes above, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email without opt-in consent.
Email marketing
Marketing and newsletter emails are sent only to addresses that have opted in. Every such email includes an unsubscribe mechanism, and unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly. Transactional messages — quotations, order confirmations, direct replies to your enquiries — are not marketing and are sent as part of serving your request.
How data is processed and stored
This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are received through Netlify Forms before being handled by our team. Email is processed through our business email systems, and consented marketing contacts are managed in our email marketing platform. Each provider processes data on our instructions under its own security and privacy commitments. We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only essential technical storage required for it to function, plus privacy-respecting analytics if enabled. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Embedded third-party content (for example the YouTube channel) may set its own cookies when you interact with it, governed by those providers' policies.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw marketing consent. Write to hello@spectrolabsystems.com with the subject "Data request" and we will act on it promptly.

Product specifications, images and technical information on this site are provided in good faith and were correct at the time of publication; manufacturers may update, amend or withdraw specifications as part of continuous product management, and final specifications are confirmed at quotation.
