Product or application, destination country and delivery address. Photos and datasheets welcome by WhatsApp or email.

Receive a proforma invoice
Quoted in USD, EUR or INR with agreed Incoterms — EXW, FOB, CIF or door delivery — and a stated lead time.

Pay by wire transfer
Standard international bank transfer against the proforma. Bank details are issued only on our official documents — verify by phone before remitting.

We despatch and document
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and category-specific paperwork prepared in-house. Courier, air or sea as agreed, with tracking shared on despatch.

After-delivery support
Installation guidance, application support and consumable resupply continue after the shipment lands — by email, WhatsApp and video call.
